Stop reinventing the wheel.
Start delivering results.

Building an effective entrepreneurship program from scratch takes years of research, iteration, and field-testing. The Startup Cielo™ method has already done that work — refined across multiple cohorts, grounded in PhD-level research, and designed for the long game: building entrepreneurial resilience, sustainable business habits, and the deep self-awareness that keeps founders going when things get hard.

Proprietary & research-backed

The Organizational Coordinate System™ is rooted in PhD research in alternative entrepreneurial education — not a repurposed MBA syllabus.

Ready to deploy

Complete curriculum, coaching frameworks, assessment tools, and delivery guides — everything your facilitators need from day one.

Support from the creator

Dr. Elena Emma and the Startup Cielo™ team provide implementation coaching, facilitator training, and quality assurance throughout your license.

Built to scale with you

Scaling down? We offer white-label delivery — running the program under your institution's name and brand. Scaling up? We continuously train and certify new facilitators as your cohort volume grows, ensuring consistent quality at any size.

The Organizational Coordinate System™

A systematic, innovative approach to venture creation — rooted in mathematical, philosophical, and organizational theory. It is the backbone of every Startup Cielo™ program and the framework your institution will deliver.

01

Systematization

A structured roadmap that gives participants clear milestones every 2–3 months. Removes ambiguity. Creates measurable progress. Works across all stages of venture development.

02

Individualization

Every participant's leadership style, personal constraints, and organizational context shape the coaching. The framework adapts — not the other way around.

03

Experimentation

Venture building is part science, part art. The framework teaches participants to embrace trial and error — turning failure into data and assumptions into tested insights.

"

Startup Cielo™ is not a template. It is a living system built for the long term — evolving with each participant's venture across every stage of development. Its core design principle is resilience: founders who complete the program don't just launch ventures, they build sustainable ones — and they have the mindset to keep building through every obstacle that follows.

Do we need to have coaches in-house, or can Startup Cielo™ provide them?
Both options are available. We can certify your existing coaches or facilitators, or provide certified Startup Cielo™ coaches as part of a managed delivery model. This is discussed during the scoping conversation.
Can the methodology be adapted to our specific context or sector?
Yes. The Startup Cielo™ methodology is inherently adaptable — it has been applied across diverse industries, organizational sizes, and participant profiles. Licensed partners receive guidance on contextual adaptation as part of the certification process.
Is the license exclusive?
Standard licenses are non-exclusive. Exclusive territorial or sector licenses are available for discussion depending on the scope and commitment level of the partnership.
Can our participants receive the academic certificate?
Yes. Licensed programs can offer participants access to the graduate-level academic certificate pathway through our accredited university partner, at an additional cost paid directly to the institution.
What is the maximum cohort size?
Startup Cielo™ is built on a small-group philosophy. Each cohort is capped at 12 participants maximum — this is fundamental to the methodology, not a constraint. The intimate group dynamic is what enables the depth of individual coaching, peer accountability, and real venture progress that larger programs simply cannot replicate. Licensed partners run multiple cohorts rather than larger groups.
How long does implementation take?
Most partners are ready to deliver their first cohort within 6–8 weeks of license signing, depending on facilitator certification scheduling and any required curriculum customization.

Let's talk about your institution.

Every licensing partnership starts with a conversation. Tell us about your institution, your participants, and what you're looking to achieve — and we'll explore how the Startup Cielo™ method can work for you.
